From first call to engineers committing code is typically 3–4 weeks. The first 2 weeks are a Claude Readiness Assessment in which we audit the stack, scope the team, and identify named engineers; weeks 3–4 are onboarding and ramp inside your sprint. We can compress to 2 weeks for emergency engagements if the scope is well-defined.

A dedicated pod is usually 4–6 engineers — one Practitioner-certified Solution Architect, two to three engineers with the Practitioner credential, one QA engineer, and a Claude Industry Specialist when the engagement is in a regulated vertical. Pods scale up or down by sprint.

Yes. The default mode for extended-team engagements is engineers committing into your repo, attending your standups, and writing to your linting and architecture rules. Many of our engagements are invisible from the outside — engineers appear in your GitHub org, not ours.

Yes. Most clients move from a fixed-bid Readiness Assessment into either a quarterly retainer (most common for product engineering) or a milestone-based fixed bid (most common for one-shot integrations). Hourly is available for advisory work and architecture reviews.

All NINtec engineers complete the internal Claude Foundations certification before any client work. Our senior engineers and Solution Architects are pursuing Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect (CCA) credential — the industry's first proctored Claude credential. Target: 50 CCA-certified architects by December 2026.

Yes. Compliance training is part of the Claude Industry Specialist track. We have engineers with active clearances for HIPAA-regulated healthcare deployments, PCI DSS-regulated fintech work, GDPR-compliant European operations, and GxP-compliant pharmaceutical projects.

We commit to replacement cover within 5 working days at no additional cost. Knowledge transfer is owned by NINtec — engineers maintain handover documentation continuously, not at the end of an engagement.

Primary delivery centres are Ahmedabad, India (HQ) and Zoetermeer, Netherlands. We also staff client-side from satellite teams across our 15 operational countries. Time-zone match is a constraint we honour — pods are constructed with 4+ hours of working-hours overlap with your time zone.

Yes. Fractional Solution Architects are available on a 0.2–0.5 FTE basis for clients who need senior architecture oversight without a full delivery pod. Common for clients running an internal team who need an Anthropic-fluent advisor on speed-dial.

Standard engagement terms transfer all IP produced for the client to the client. NINtec retains rights only to internal frameworks (the Claude Engineering Method) and reusable scaffolding components, which are made available to all clients regardless.
