His current strategic thesis: the companies that adopt AI-native engineering practices will deliver 3-5x faster, at measurably higher quality, and at structurally lower cost than traditional software development operations. NINtec is building the proof point.
Beyond NINtec, Gemawat served as a cybercrime advisory board member appointed by the Government of Gujarat Home Department (2014-2019) - bringing enterprise cybersecurity expertise directly into public service.

Indrajeet Mitra co-founded the Gateway Group alongside Niraj Gemawat, and is serving as Chairman of NINtec Systems. As the Group Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, he steers the company's strategic direction, development, and growth through sustained technological innovations - managing the product roadmap and guiding multi-platform technology teams toward annual objectives.
He built the framework on which Gateway Group created its niche as a preferred technology partner - leading teams that develop capabilities achieving quality benchmarks across 30 countries and 5 continents. His leadership has been instrumental in building next-generation leadership pipelines and attracting top-tier talent to the organisation.
Beyond his role at NINtec, Indrajeet serves as CEO of AutoDAP and G'SecureLabs, and leads Global Delivery & Operations across the Gateway Group. Prior to Gateway, he held leadership positions at Veritas Inc., managing large-scale technology projects.
