NINtec Claude Practice · CLAUDE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALISTS

Claude Implementation Specialists

We carry the operational risk of getting your Claude programme into production — across regions, regulated workloads, and engineering org structures that a generalist consultancy cannot navigate.

What this is & who it's for

The short version

Choosing a Claude implementation specialist is a procurement decision with multi-quarter consequences — the wrong vendor produces pilots that never ship; the right one moves you to production. NINtec is an Anthropic-aligned Claude implementation specialist built for enterprises that need Claude in the regulated parts of their stack, not in the demo theatre. We act as a Claude consulting specialist across India, Europe, North America, and the Middle East, with engineers cleared for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS workloads. As a publicly listed company (NSE & BSE: NINSYS), we sign multi-year MSAs that procurement, legal, and risk teams can underwrite. The model is full lifecycle: Readiness Assessment → architecture decisions → build → eval harness → production rollout → continuous-intelligence retainer. We do not hand off and walk away.

Capabilities

What's in scope

Multi-Region Implementation

Concurrent rollout across regions with data-residency, IAM, and latency constraints. Region-specific deployment artefacts; central observability.

Compliance-First Architecture

SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, MiFID II, GxP. Compliance is shaped into the architecture from day one — not retrofitted before audit.

Vendor Risk Management

Anthropic enterprise contract review, BAAs and DPAs templated, sub-processor lineage documented, and procurement-ready vendor profiles for your risk team.

Change-Management Programme

Internal communications, training tracks, champion programmes, and phased rollouts coordinated with your CoE or transformation office.

Procurement-Ready Commercials

Master Services Agreements, fixed-bid SOWs, milestone-billed retainers — structured to clear procurement on the first review.

Executive Reporting

Monthly steering committees with quantitative outcomes, eval drift tracking, cost telemetry, and risk-register updates pitched at C-suite.

Methodology

How NINtec delivers

Implementation runs through the full six-phase Engineering Method, with the Discovery and Architecture phases producing artefacts your CIO/CTO can present internally without re-work — three architecture options with trade-off matrices, ADRs, security review packs, and procurement vendor briefings.

Engagement journey

How an engagement runs

01

Partner Engagement

Week 0–2

MSA execution, security review, BAA/DPA, and Readiness Assessment kickoff. Anthropic enterprise alignment if you do not yet have one.

02

Production Build & Pilot

Quarter 1

Architecture, build, evals, and pilot in a non-production region. Steering-committee cadence established. Internal change-management track active.

03

Multi-Region Rollout & Ops

Quarter 2–4

Phased region-by-region rollout. Continuous-intelligence retainer takes over for ongoing operations, with quarterly architecture reviews.

48-hour response from a senior architect. No BD-layer delay. The Readiness Assessment scopes the work and proposes named engineers.

Claude Implementation Specialists — FAQ

What does Claude implementation specialist mean in practice?

It means we carry implementation risk: clear acceptance criteria, fixed milestones, named engineers, and a contractual SLA. We are accountable for production outcomes, not just sprint velocity. If a deployment is delayed, the cost of delay sits with us.

Are you officially affiliated with Anthropic?

We have applied to join the Anthropic partner ecosystem and are pursuing the Claude Certified Architect (CCA) credential for senior engineers. Independent of partner-programme status, our engineering depth is independently verifiable through our 11 production Claude platform products and our publicly disclosed engagements.

How do you handle Anthropic enterprise procurement?

We can engage Anthropic enterprise on the client's behalf, manage the negotiation around volume commits and PTUs (provisioned throughput units), and slot the resulting contract into our delivery plan. Most clients without prior Anthropic enterprise experience use us as a procurement accelerant.

What's a typical implementation timeline for a regulated client?

Regulated implementations are typically 14–22 weeks from engagement to first region in production. The variance is driven by security-review cycles, BAA/DPA finalisation, and the eval-bar your compliance team requires before live release. Subsequent regions roll out in 4–6 weeks each.

Can you work alongside our existing partners (Big-4 consultancy, hyperscaler PSA team)?

Yes. Many of our engagements run alongside a hyperscaler professional services arm or a Big-4 transformation consultancy. We typically own the Claude-specific engineering; the others own change management or hyperscaler infra. Boundary documents are produced at engagement start.

What governance structures do you set up?

Steering committee at exec sponsor level (monthly), engineering working group at lead engineer level (weekly), and a risk-register reviewed by both. We also produce the Anthropic-specific runbooks your incident-response team will need: rate-limit protocols, model-deprecation plans, and prompt-injection response procedures.

Do you transfer knowledge to our internal team?

Yes — and this is contractually defined. Most engagements include a Train-The-Team track in which NINtec engineers pair with internal engineers, and an exit clause that defines handover artefacts: documented runbooks, eval data sets, prompt libraries, and architecture diagrams.

What happens after launch?

Most clients move to a Continuous Intelligence retainer (see /managed-claude-services) for ongoing operations. The retainer includes eval-drift monitoring, model-version migration, cost-optimisation reviews, and on-call coverage.
